I started training for my health, to take care of my physical well-being (which I've mentioned in another post) and to improve my overall quality of life.
While that was my initial motivation, over time, I discovered much more about myself, and my reasons for training evolved.
I’m someone who enjoys taking care of my body and appearance.
It’s important to me because they reflect my essence; they are my connection to it. Seeing the results of my hard work fills me with satisfaction.
That’s why my training isn’t just about looking good—it's also about taking care of myself physically.
I’ve made the decision to achieve the goals I’ve set for my body before I leave this life.
One of my long-held desires is to improve my flexibility and physical endurance.
I want to become the best version of myself in these areas because it helps me prepare for and fully enjoy the experiences I want to have.
My fitness routine enhances my body's ability to support me energetically and emotionally, helping me navigate life's experiences more effectively.
And, as a bonus, it also improves my physical appearance, which is important to me. I love feeling attractive, desiring myself, and feeling desired. It motivates me to achieve the aesthetic, beauty, and harmony that I aspire to.
My training is based on two disciplines that resonate deeply with me: Ballet Workout and Iyengar Yoga. I connect with them because of what they offer—the art and balance of their qualities. Through these practices, I work on my flexibility, fluidity, strength, endurance, balance, and deepen my body awareness.
This heightened awareness allows me to understand where my movements originate, where my energy and sensations come from, and how I move in response to each situation.
All of this helps me live and enjoy every experience, flowing with what I feel in my body at any given moment.
